The past week I've had a bad kink in my neck. Can this be related to stress? Maybe I worry too much.

Absolutely! While I am not a doctor or psychologist, I have had my share of stress in my life. It is amazing how much that stress can affect the body. There have been a few times when I have gone through very stressful events and it actually caused my body to physically react. As they say - the body cannot exist without the mind.
