Advice on solo travel to Europe 2 Years, 1 Month ago

I'm planning a trip to Europe for a couple weeks. I know two weeks is not that long, but I'd like to make it to a few different countries. Germany, Czech Republic (Prague), Austria, and Italy.
I don't know if I can get others to go with, but I am willing to go myself. Has anyone else travelled through Europe on their own? I think it would be a cool experience. Any advice on this?
