Right Now In order to fully utilize the functionality of this site, you will need to sign-up. Membership is absolutely free and allows you to post new advice topics and enter advice chat rooms. You may still view previous advice forum responses, but you will not be able to contribute without an account.
Signing up & Managing your Profile - Click on the "Sign Up" button on the home page or the register link under the logon/logout button.
- Fill in all the required information. There is a menu on the page which tells you what is required as well as what will be viewable by everyone else on the site. None of your personal information is available for public viewing.
- After completing the form, you will need to enter the security code as it appears and also read and accept the terms & conditions.
- Don't forget to double-check your email address is correct!!! You need this for registration.
- The last step is to click "Send Registration". This will automatically send an email to the address you entered. You must check your email and click the link to activate your account! If you do not receive the email, please contact us.
- Your profile contains your profile statistics (posts, profile hits, karma) as well as several personal options that you can change (password, name, email address, age, advice specialties, personal website).
- To edit or view your profile, you must first login (to login click the login/logout button on the right) and then click on "my profile " on the top. You can also click on the login/logout button and click on your picture to enter your profile:

 Getting Advice - There are a few easy ways to get advice: Post your specific advice question to one of the advice forums! - The site has a number of different advice topics to choose from. Simply click on one of the advice subjects from the homepage. You will then be given the option of posting advice (free registration required) or viewing previous advice & questions.
- If you post a new question, all you need to do is type what you please and click submit!
- Once your topic is posted, others will be able to view and respond to you.
- When you view previous posts, you will also have the option to reply.
- You can shoose to "subscribe" to your specific post by ensuring the "subscribe to this post" button is checked. This will automatically generate an email to you when someone replies to your post!
- Enter advice chat during the scheduled times to receive great advice from an expert.
- Previous chat sessions will be available for viewing.
- If you are an expert on a subject or represent a company that can give advice, please contact us!
- Search for advice that already exists on the site. Once logged in, you will have the option to respond to the previous advice.
- The search button is located at the bottom of every page on the site.
Send and receive private messages to other members and create connections!
- If you want to get more advice from another member and you do not want others to see it or you do not think others will benefit from the response, send a private message!
- All you need to do is click on the "PM" button under the person's picture or view their profile and click on "Send Private Message".

- If you like a member's advice and would like to keep in contact in the future and send private messages/emails to each other, you can request a connection.
- To request a connection, you must view their profile and click on "Request Connection".

- After the connection is requested, the other member will receive a notification of a connection request.
